I created an RRD file with 22 Actions to automatically e-mail out a set of Crystal Reports.

Initially when the scheduled time occurred, it would open up the Logicity Solution Builder, and then automatically the e-mails would be sent.

Now however, it will only send the e-mails if I click on the Execute RRD Button.

[Please note, that the Logicity Solution Builder Does open up at the prescribed time.]

I know that we recently changed our Exchange Server, but if the settings weren't correct, then the e-mails wouldn't go out at all, regardless of whether or not the Execute was selected Manually.

Any thoughts?
The administrator has disabled public write access.
