I created an RRD file with 1 action to automatically e-mail out a pdf of a Crystal Report.

The action works perfectly when manually executed, but the schedule does not trigger the action, although the Logicity Solution Builder does open up at the prescribed time.

I have tried changing the action to save or view and the same happens - fine when executed manually, but not when scheduled

Any ideas?
The administrator has disabled public write access.
