TOPIC: Connection error

When I try to run a new report, I'm getting the following error:
Translated it says the connection cannot be opened.

I can't figure out why. I entered the username and password for the odbc connection.

Has the Database been added for the user on that computer? If this error isn't happening on one machine, but is on the other, then this is likely to be the issue.

The connection is a connection on a citrix enviroment and it wordk for all the other reports. Only this new report results in this error. The report works in Crystal, but not via Logicity
