I have a couple bar charts in my report that display fine in Crystal. When they are loaded in Logicity the charts are no longer sorted in descending order, in fact I have no idea how it is determining the order. I’ve tried playing with every setting in crystal I can think of with no luck. Crystal will always render it correctly while Logicity seems to be also random.

Has anyone run into this before or have any ideas of something I can try?

What version of Crystal did you use to create the charts? I have seen fonts looking different when developed in 2008 or lower and than ran with Logicity using the newest runtime. Would it be possible to save it in the most recent version of Crystal and try it again?

Looks like I am missing a couple service packs. I will update and try again.

Running version 14.1.1.1036 2013 SP1 at time of this issue.

I'm not seeing font issues or any formatting issues, only with how the charts are choosing to order their data.

Now using version 14.1.7.1853 2013 SP7, I even save over the old report version just in case.
