Logicity requires v3.5 .Net framework. If you installed Logicity v1.6 without the required v3.5 .Net framework make sure you go back and uninstall Logicity AND CRYSTAL REPORTS 2008 RUNTIME(included with full install). If you do not uninstall the runtime then Logicity will still give a .Net framework error. After v3.5 .Net framework is installed reinstall Logicity and runtime.
